Ms. Wozniak is a registered nurse who specializes in geriatric and post operative care. Ms. Wozniak is a health care provider who is committed and dedicated to her patients’ well-being and happiness. Payroll Specialist/Recruitment

After working in banking management for over 40 years, I am now with Vitale Nursing, Inc. I work with the administrative team in the payroll department, tracking the hours worked and ensuring that payroll is streamlined. I also help with recruitment looking for compassionate caregivers to provide the best care to our patients

I have always been a community advocate in my former job and now in conjunction with my non-profit, Real Realities and with the encouragement of Vitale Nursing, Inc. support a shelter for mothers and children running away from violence in the home.

Thomas is our Human resources Specialist. He also assists with caring for our patients.

Andrew is one of our administrators, he supports our front-line workers and makes sure they provide the best care.


I am a Registered Nurse from Canada who relocated to California 4 years ago. I enjoy spending time with my family at the beach, in the mountains, and love horses and animals.


Kristin is a veteran nurse of 20+ years with extensive experience in many varied medical settings. She has great insight anticipating the needs of her clients as well as the needs of her team. Because of her relevant work in the healthcare industry, she is always on the lookout for things that can benefit the quality of life for her clients.


Leah is a registered nurse with a variety of experience in the nursing field. Leah graduated from Biola University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. For many years, she specialized in the care of the critically ill patient with experience in post cardiac care, Trauma ICU, Neuro/Stroke ICU and ICU leadership and management.

Linda, LVN is bilingual (Spanish & English) she has 10 plus years of experience. She enjoys working one on one with patients, giving them the care, they need and deserve. My path towards being a registered nurse began as a volunteer in a critical unit at Cedars Sinai. In my career, I aspire to provide the best care, combined with the state of the art quality treatment in hopes to change peoples’ lives for the better.


My name is Milton, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant. I was trained at Kaiser and worked in the largest Sub Acute hospital in the South Bay Area. Now, I am working at Vitale Nursing, living my dreams, and changing lives.


My name is Celina, I am a Caregiver for Vitale Nursing. It’s an amazing company to work for, it allows you to learn and to build companionship with your Patients. Every day I look forward to work knowing that I am helping someone’s life in their most vulnerable times.


I have been caring for the elderly for the past 6 years It is a passion of mine to care and help out. I like to help out with medication reminders, driving you to your doctor’s appointment, assisting with your activities of daily living, and being your companion friend. I believe it is really important to care for the elders and the sick because it’s our responsibility to have compassion, respect for those who are in need.


Rebecca has been a caregiver for over 25 years. She is very passionate about the care she provides to her patients.  She enjoys listening to her patients especially about their life stories


Rashidah is a biology major at Los Angeles Valley College, and a CNA. She has been a CNA for four years and has experience in both nursing homes and home health. Working in nursing homes exposed her to a variety of patients, she is experienced with Alzheimer's, diabetes, Parkinson’s, stroke, hip surgery patients among others.


Kenneth is the name most people know her by, and she is always being remembered because of her name. She has a bachelor's degree in foreign service, major in Political Science but has ended up in healthcare as she was inspired by both her sisters who were nurses in Germany.  She also lived and worked in Germany for more than 10 years and is fluent in German. She believes her calling is in this field because it gives her a self-fulfillment whenever she is able to comfort and care for her patients. She is always trying to make a difference.
